Training Regimen

60% Technique

Help individuals become an effective player for their team. We will master the ball, improve vision, and become more accurate.

25% Play

We will improve play through a combination of short passes, long passes, playing with both the inside and outside of the foot, striking the ball on the laces, volleys, half volleys, and heading.

15% Physical Fitness

We will train technique and coordination, all while improving speed. Includes jogging to improve fitness and stamina. Stretching is also important as it prevents injury, increases flexibility, and improves power.
